How can I apply for membership of the Association?
If you wish to become a member please fill in the application form and send it to management@bebeka.nl. Together with the application form always provide us with an extract from the Commercial Register and a balance sheet approved by a registered accountant and showing the most recent annual figures.
What are the benefits of a membership?
If your are a member you could be considered to receive year-end rebates. Profits can be returned to the members in the form of discounts and profit distribution. These year-end rebates are subject to a number of conditions which are described in the Articles and Rules of the Association. One of the major conditions is that invoices have to be paid to Bebeka within the payment term.
How much time does it take before my application for membership has been accepted?
The Board of the cooperative decides if, and under which conditions, a membership will be accepted. Since the Board meets about four times a year it can take up to three months before you will have an answer regarding your application for membership.
Is it possible for non-Dutch companies to become a member of the Association?
Yes, this is possible. Of course the same application procedure is applicable.
